LOGICON Partner, Ltd., provides logistics consultancy services for middle-size and large companies in the form of projects, studies, consultations and training in the field of logistics, including a partial SW support for optimisation of the selected logistical processes.

LOGICON Partner, Ltd., is a member of the Chamber of Logistics Auditors (KLA), the Czech Logistics Association (ČLA) and the National Register of Consultants (NRP), either directly or through its consultants. The certified membership in KLA guarantees the performance of the logistics audits in accordance with the KLA's uniform methodology. The membership in the National Register of Consultants, which is administered by the company of Czechinvest, is a common prerequisite for adoption of the projects funded from the EU development funds. 

Consultancy Team

Although the company itself was founded as late as in 2003, most of our consultants have been engaged in logistics for ten or even up to fifteen years. Besides many years of experience in the logistics consultancy, all of our senior consultants have considerable managerial experience as well. This enables us to link the theoretical basics of logistics optimally to the real operation conditions and corporate culture of our clients.

Logistics Consultancy Services

The logistics consultancy services that we offer to our clients range from drawing up logistics studies and projects of changes up to external management of implementation of the proposed changes. We carry out not only complex studies and projects aiming at optimising a client's entire logistics chain, but also specific studies concentrating on warehouse solutions, warehouse management systems (WMS), stock management, distribution networks and, last but not least, by reason of our membership in the Chamber of Logistics Auditors, we also perform logistics audits.

Training in Logistics

Our own consultants run company seminars and training courses  in logistics. They are usually one-day seminars that deal with various topics, such as integrated logistics, warehouse logistics, stock purchase and management, production logistics or distribution logistics.

On 12 October 2006 LEGO company is inaugurating a central European warehouse in Jirny u Prahy. The warehouse is operated by DHL. The total area of the warehouse is 50,000 sq m and it has a storing capacity of about 80 thousand pallets. The basic disposition and technological conception of the warehouse was worked out by LOGICON Partner. Storage processes were verified by Dynamic Future company by means of a simulator model.
