LOGIstock – stock planning, management and optimisation
LOGIstock is a tool that enables a detailed analysis of stock as well as an assessment of its management system; in case of the system's permanent connection to the client's ERP system it serves as an operative tool for predicting the demand and planning the purchase or production requirements subsequently.
LOGIstock is a modular system consisting of the modules of ANALYSIS, PROGNOSIS, DISPOSITION and REQUIREMENTS. After performing a detailed input analysis of the stock management system it is possible to select only some of the modules forimplementation, depending on the scope of functions within the client's existing ERP system .

CLASSIFICATION – tool for unification and administration of the code registers of the assortment
The classification structure of the assortment represents a compact hierarchical system of classification of individual articles (material, goods) into groups, subgroups, sub-subgroups, etc. A properly designed classification structure of the assortment accelerates retrieval of the individual articles for operative tasks (orders, stock release notes, etc.), supports correct reporting of the sales results according to the assortment groups and facilitates entering of new articles into the information system.
The creation or change of the classification structure occurs mainly due to a transition to a new ERP system because renumbering of the articles within the existing ERP system under routine operating conditions is very demanding.
The specialised CLASSIFICATION software may be utilised for a single renumbering of the assortment before the migration of data into the new ERP system takes place, where CLASSIFICATION maintains the original codes and titles of goods in real time and the operators can simultaneously perform new classification of the assortment. It can be utilised effectively from approximately 10000 active articles onward.
The maximum effect may be reached if CLASSIFICATION is used as a permanent tool in connection with the ERP system where CLASSIFICATION offers a network solution for a complete administration of the assortment cards, above all the workflow for designing, approving and entry of new articles.

PLANTOUR, CARMANAGER and TRACKMANAGER provide a compact solution for transportation planning and management

PLANTOUR® - strategic and operative optimisation of routes, vehicles and cargo
LANTOUR enables planning of optimum routes for delivery to the required destinations on the basis of everyday handling of orders, taking into consideration the journeys back as well. The routes are designed dynamically on the basis of the current orders and state of the vehicle fleet in order to reach optimum solution in terms of costs while meeting all the assigned restrictions (duration of a journey, limit of the vehicle capacity load, requirements for the vehicle equipment, etc.).
PLANTOUR offers a complete everyday control of the distribution costs up to the place of delivery, providing an opportunity for their further reduction by means of route optimisation. Direct cost savings may be reached by reducing the routes, vehicle loading, number of vehicles or kilometres covered. The reduction of direct transportation costs amounting to 10 - 30% has been verified by tens of implementations of the system both in the CR and abroad.
The designed routes are presented in several ways. There are print reports, dispatcher's overviews and drivers' itineraries. All the information relating the routes is displayed in the form of a transparent data directory, map window and on a time axis. Utilisation of the analytical possibilities of the product enables the definition of the requirements of the vehicle fleet, optimum distribution of depots, allocation of places of delivery to relevant depots, etc.
Benefits of introducing the system:
- Increased efficiency of using vehicles to their full capacity
- Reduction of distribution costs
- Optimum utilisation of vehicle fleet
- Planning process acceleration
- Increased quality standards
- Optimisation ad streamlining of the planning of dispatchers' activities
- Transparent process visualisation up to the place of delivery
-
CARMANAGER® – efficient and transparent management of vehicle fleet
CARMANAGER is a controlling and registration system for administration and management of the vehicle fleet, data related to the routes, operation centres and places of taking delivery of goods, enabling carrying out detailed records and data administration. Data may be processed in the form of a range of tests and evaluation analyses. The system is fully integrated with the PLANTOUR planning system. One of its parts is a specialised module for automatic comparison of the planned and actual routes. Thus the integrated functions for making an analysis of the planned and real costs enable the user to assess the efficiency of all the resources involved in the goods transportation. Deviation and comparative analyses of the plan as opposed to the actual performance serve the purpose of efficient identification of the weak points of the planned routes and offer alternatives for correction of the inputs, taking into consideration the actual situation for drawing up of the revised plans.

TRACKMANAGER® - system for on-line monitoring of the movement of vehicles along the routes
The planned routes are not static; there are constant changes during their realisation owing to variable traffic situation. The interconnection between the route planning and the on-line monitoring of vehicle movement along the routes provides for operative consideration of the planned routes. The dispatcher is able to update the course of the route upon the current information about the exact location of a vehicle and react in due time to the deviations from the plan. The TRACKMANAGER system is a sophisticated solution for online monitoring of movement of vehicles along the routes, monitoring and analyses of the telemetric data about the vehicles (fuel consumption, door opening, temperature, etc.). This solution also offers transparent analytical possibilities for comparison of deviations concerning the planned and actually taken routes.
TRACKMANAGER is supplied in two versions, the client server solution or the web solution.
Storage
-
BUFFER – undemanding storage information system
An easy-to-use information system providing a basic solution for directed location of stock. It is designed for use mainly in the HUB terminals, in warehouses with a limited range of goods, but first and foremost for storage outsourcing. The system is particularly suitable where traditional stock records on paper or spreadsheets fail to suffice.
Besides the directed stock administration, the system also enables drawing up of the reports on the key storage performance for the purpose of subsequent invoicing.
The system is rather undemanding in terms of its operation, installation and training of operators. Unless there are any special customer modifications, it can be launched within one day.

SIMUL8 - dynamic simulation of logistical processes
When introducing complex solutions for storage, distribution, production, or even administrative processes, it is sometimes necessary to identify potential bottlenecks in the flow of material, movement of transportation units, persons or flow of documents.
A suitable tool for eliminating these bottlenecks has proven to be a dynamic simulation of the proposed solution as it allows to carry out variant testing of the limit values, simulate various combinations of unfavourable influences at random and monitor the impact on the overall efficiency of the designed system by means of a computer model.
The results of the simulation model may be utilised for optimisation of the proposed solution, thus minimising the investment risks and costs of potential modifications to the selected solution to be made during routine operation.
SIMUL8 enables to create a wide range of dynamic models, visualisation of flows of the modelled transportation units (persons, boxes, palettes, vehicles, etc.) between the objects of the designed system (storage areas, production equipment, platforms, etc.) and tabular and graphic evaluation of the individual test variants.

STANDORT – distribution network modelling
In terms of the operation analysis, the distribution network means a compact system of junctions (usually places of consumption) and edges between these junctions (road communications). The number and location of warehouses within the distribution network is optimal when the sum total of the transportation and storage costs within the distribution system is at minimum.
For the purpose of precise modelling of distribution networks, STANDORT uses the detailed digital map data of the Czech Republic and other European countries.
The algorithm of the STANDORT tool enables proposing the optimum number and location of warehouses (terminals, depots) within the distribution network based on the submitted consumption of material (goods), current or assumed, up to the level of individual customers.
Once a model of the distribution network has been created, it may be utilised flexibly to create and compare variants of the number and location of warehouses and allocation of customers to particular warehouses (the so-called attraction depot circuits).
